How to assign multiple contacts to a lead or booking

Create or edit a lead or booking, go to the Contact field and assign multiple Contacts. If they don't exist in your system yet, you can create them inline.

1. From your dashboard, select the Leads or Bookings icon.

2. Click on the Lead or Booking to open the details in the drawer. You can also use the Ellipsis (3 dots) and click Edit.

3. Click on the Details tab and in Customer, select an existing Customer from the list or Click +Create New Contact. If selecting an existing Customer, once you have selected, you can move to step 5)

4. A Create Contact form will appear you can add the following :-

   • Name

   • Picture

   • Email (required field)

   • Phone

   • Address

   • Company

   • Job Title

5. Click Save.

6. You will be taken back to the original Page.

7. You can add more contacts, by repeating from step 3.

8. Click Save and close the drawer by clicking on the X.
