How to view Files

View files in directories, teams files and files connected to leads or bookings.

View Files as A User

1. Go to your profile icon (bottom left) > Settings > Files

2. To view files:

   • Click on a Directory to view all files in that folder

   • Click on a Team to view all files each team has permissions to view

   • Click on a Job (lead or booking) to see all the files associated

   • Click on Shared with me to view all files that other users have shared with you

3. For an individual file, click on the Ellipsis (3 dots), choose Download to download, then open the file on your device.

4. You can also Search Files in the top search bar. The search will match any words in the Name of file
