I have multiple business or brands, do I need multiple accounts?
Multiple Brands are available to users with a Basic, Pro or Enterprise subscription plan.
If you have legally separate companies, you can manage these from one account login, by adding multiple businesses - you pay a your subscription per business, all assets, availability and content is separated per business.
If you have multiple brands under one legal entity eg. a wedding and a corporate brand, you can manage these from one business, share assets, content and availability displaying the right brand to the right customers.
Business = your main BoothBook account, is where the subscription, users, shared data and overall account are managed.
Brand = a separate customer-facing identity within that business. It does not create a separate company or separate legal entity.
A brand is more than just a different form. Each brand can have its own:
business/trading name, logo, icon and brand colours
customer-facing system domain and optional vanity domain
website, social, review and custom links
contact details, if they differ from the main business
booking and lead forms
client-portal presentation and customer-facing documents/links
When a client uses a form belonging to a particular brand, the lead or booking is associated with that brand. You can then see which brand the enquiry came through, without needing to run two separate BoothBook accounts or constantly switch between brands.
