How to notify additional people regarding Billing
Add anyone as a user that should be notified regarding billing changes or notifications such as your accountant and assign them as a Billing Contact.
Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Billing
Select Billing Contacts from the menu.
The default will be the Primary User.
Add New Billing Contact gives you the ability to add an Existing User as a additional billing contact (e.g Finance Staff team Member)
Select the User from the Dropdown list. You can select multiple users if necessary.
Click Add billing Contact to save changes.
