How to change the next Booking Number

Your booking number can start from any number you wish. By default, your first booking will be Booking #1 - but if you would like to change it to match up to the numbers from your previous system, or to look more established, you can change it to a higher number eg. Booking #123.

  1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

  2. Select Job Management from the menu.

  3. Ensure you are on the Fields tab

  4. Click on Event ID , a modal will appear.

  5. Under Sequential ID Settings, change the Next ID Number to a higher number (eg 123)

  6. Click Save.
