How to convert a Lead into a Booking as an Admin

If you've closed a sale and your customer wants go ahead with booking, bravo! You can convert by going to your Leads page, click on your Lead, and update the Status to a Booking status. You'll need to ensure you have a quote added and save. Your customer will then show on your Bookings page.

  1. From your dashboard, select the Leads icon.
  2. Choose the lead that you want to convert and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) beside it and select Edit.
  3. Check all the Details on the details tab to make sure that all the information is correct.
  4. Click on the Quotes tab and make sure that there is a quote added.
  5. Click on Status to see the dropdown menu and choose Confirmed.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. Click on Convert.
