How to apply Setup and Pack Down times to individual services

Different services may require different allocated times to be able to Setup and Pack Down. These times are taken into account when taking bookings so you have enough time between jobs.

1. From your dashboard, select the Store icon.

2. Ensure you are on the Services tab.

3. Click on the Service you want to allocate a Setup and Pack Down time for, or use the Ellipsis (3 dots) at the end of the row and select edit.

4. The Edit Service drawer will open, ensure you are on the Details tab.

5. Under Setup Time, enter a value, or use the up/down selector arrows. Select Minute/s or Hour/s from the dropdown selector in the Select Unit box

6. Under Pack Down Time, enter a value, or use the up/down selector arrows. Select Minute/s or Hour/s from the dropdown selector in the Select Unit box.

7. Click Save.
