How a user can set their own availability

With Permissions granted, a user can set the days and times that they are available / unavailable. You can then ensure your forms account for your staff availability when customers are booking online.

The instructions should be followed by the user (which includes the business owner)

1. Go to your Profile Icon (bottom left) > Settings

2. Click on Profile.

3. Ensure you are on the Availability tab.

4. You can select when you are available to work.

5. Each day has its own availability options :-

   • Anytime

   • Unavailable

   • Custom

6. If choosing Custom, you are able to set a Start time and an End Time.

7. To add a new time period (e.g you can work mornings and evenings only), click on the ⊕ icon and set a Start time and an End Time.

8. Repeat the process for each day.

9. Click Save Availability
